Project Introduction: Modern 2-Story Residential Renovation Project

In this project, we set out to transform a classic residential structure into a modern living space. The exterior features a white, brick-patterned surface that adds both elegance and sophistication to the building. Its symmetrical and strong presence, combined with black frames, creates an impressive example of modern architecture. This design harmonizes aesthetics and functionality, offering a striking exterior appearance.

In the interior design, shades of white, black, and gold take center stage. This color palette not only creates a spacious and refined atmosphere but also adds a luxurious touch. Each room showcases unique details and contemporary touches that reflect the essence of the living space. The living room exudes warmth and invitation, the kitchen boasts modern functionality, and the bedroom offers a tranquil environment. 3D rendering techniques were employed to enhance the visual representation of each area.

Throughout the project, detailed visuals focused on architectural visualization and 3D rendering for renovation were meticulously prepared. These visuals showcased every phase of the design, bringing the client's vision to life. The challenges faced during the renovation process were overcome through teamwork and creativity.
